Anyone know how this thing is going to work?

From what i gather from reading the Tv&Satellite sub forum, people without cable are ********ed

No more games on telefutura and only one game will be aired over the air.. i think

Kinda sucks. We've had it pretty good up till now

Also, Univision Deportes Dos will be exclusive to Dish Network

    Yea, this sucks hard.
We go from having pretty much every game over the air to this.

Maybe if they would have picked up some better programming, too. Instead it looks like this will just be Televisa Deportes light

    ******** them

Televisa feeds are good. TV Apesta's on the other hand are terrible. They're stuck in the mid 90's in terms of technology. The announcers are also terrible.

Let's be honest, how many good games do we get every weekend? Three, or 4 max. Who wants to watch Tecos, Quereraro, Atlante, Atlas, and Puebla?

If you guys are getting sh/t reception you need to complain to your provider. I get Univision, Telefutura, and Telemundo in HD with a $30 a month basic cable plan. TV Azteca on the other hand looks terrible.

That being said, there is no way I'm paying more to get that U Deportes BS.

Univision was streaming all world cup games and I'm sure they stream games over the weekends. I've seen them on there.

    I have cable too though

Can somebody shed some light on this for me? I just recently switched to Direct TV and have these channels: Galavision, Mun2, Univision HD...will games continue to be played on any of these channels, and if so, which teams?

    Thanks!

Looks like whatever games where on Univision and Galavision will be moved to their new channels (univision deportes), so the answer is no. Maybe they will showed them as replays?
