There are at least three of us, counting my wife and toddler. Any others? Last summer I talked an Escazú sports bar called the Time Out Tavern into getting the Direct Kick package. They'll have it again this year. As unofficial head of the unofficial Costa Rica-based supporters group, I say that's where the game watches will be. On the off-chance that the information will be useful to someone out there, the Time Out is located 300 meters south (i.e. uphill) from the Costa Rica Country Club. Now if only the place had a high chair...
