the collar was a deal breaker for me. I bought the Mondragon one and I'm still pissed that it had the elbow pads (his didnt).

 

the collar does piss me off. it looks dumb, but i had a few beers in me. I have a white game issued mondragon which i wear occasionally, no elbow pads in that one. i have a serious jersey problem

 

nice, I have the blue Mondi that i bought and a green game issued Mondi signed to my son. Mondi gave it to my uncle after he got nailed in the head by a ball during warmups lol

 

He didn't crack a smile the whole time I was there. As I joked to Mo about signing permanently, I looked over at him and winked - nothing. Someone else asked the store assistants who he was and they said "one of the coaches", which made me smile.

 

I got one, too. They are definately authentic cut. The XL barely fits me.

 

i got a large without trying it on. figured it would be bigger because its a replica. it def fits tighter than the standard replica but only slightly larger than an authentic.

 

he's prob some lacky that the team appointed to be his driver. on that edu video on ASN, okugo commented that Edu doesnt have a car

 

I've seen him at events before that players have attended. But yeah rarely seen him looking happy to be where he was.

 

he reminds me of stanley from the office.

 

Did anyone go to the Maurice Edu meet and greet at the RallyHouse last weekend? I'd really like to get a couple of the pics/cards that he was signing that day. Can anyone help?

Anyone here ever get the American Apparel shirts? As a portly fellow, not sure if they run smaller than the large Gildans or what.

In my experience, I find AA shirts tend to run a little slimmer. Dov Charney is not a friend to the husky gentleman.

 

i worked in printing for a long time. they do run smaller, and they are a thinner material. i have doubts that the AA is a good choice for this shirt. That mock up is shown as a 4 color screenprint (5 on the gray for sure, maybe on the blue also), and in this case, 4 colors on top of each other. AA shirts are a thinner material so i never recommend putting heavy inks on a thin shirt, the shirt hangs weird and you can feel the ink through it. also, i wanna know if thats an in between the titties print, or full front. and i think they can do the digital printing there, which makes everything i just said useless, but im not sure which way they are going with it. Prob digital if its 5 colors

Anyone else preorder the "Club and Country" scarf that the Union are selling? One side is the USA colors and logo the other side is the Union blue, my wife and I are going to take it to one of the send off matches for the USMNT.

 

i think i may pick one up tomorrow. just hoping they sorted out what made the phillies/union scarf of the same colors have purple fringe.
