The old Korean guy who was working at the dry cleaners was wearing this today... and yes, this was here in Chicago.



I didn't ask him how, why or, where he got it, mainly because I'm not capable of conversation before 7:30 AM, but is has the "intentionally made to look like it came from a garage sale" look.
