Adu is still earning a decent salary. He was getting paid well in the Second division of Turkey as well.

 

He's on $400K after add-ons as far as I know.

He was earning essentially around there at Aris too. I think somewhere in the 400s but Euro's.

 

600K for DeRo. What a joke. Either his agent is laughably bad or the guy is independantly wealthy b/c he is woefully underpaid.

 

Aris had to pay him 1.8-2 mil his 2nd year which is why they wanted no part of the second year. Benfica paid half of the 1st year with Aris.

 

Ok, since it looks like Freddy is back in the States for the time being, I'm going to call time on this thread. We can revisit in the future as needed.

 

Scotty sent me a link to post: Galatasaray and Inter have agreed to a deal for Sneijder. This likely ends any interest the club may have had in Freddy.

As I said above, we can revisit this thread in the event of some concrete interest.
