Truly saddened by this. Been in La Coruña for four years. Found it hard to truly become a fan of Depor simply because I rarely get to watch games (4 kids will do that to ya). But for the first time, I feel a bit affected by this. Had been hoping to take the two oldest boys to see a game this year, but life got in the way. I'm hoping they come right back up next year. I guess Depor finally figured out the way to a Chicago sports fan's heart is through heartbreak and futility.
The last time celta in depor played I belive was in 2007, so if celta doesn't take that third spot, the galician derby will be electric. Best game possible to take your kids to IMO, not one I'd miss for anything in the world.
