naw its Diaz, from America. He was the leading scorer in last season's U15 league. This is a new U17, so its mostly 16 year old kids, for use in next years u17 tourneys.
What the hell? I cant find anything about this tournament or anyone on twitter mentioning it, who won?
RC's turned into a lil bitch lately. Small time victory for us, no biggie. We're not gonna spaz like they did earlier this year for some other youth tourney. They beat us then, but it wasn't 3-0...
Day of fallen fools. Mexico beats the nads and America beats Chivas. Friday, Mexico vs. America in one semi, Nads vs. Universidad Catholica in the other.
The Mexico misses reminded me of the game vs Bulgaria in '94. Just terrible. But they're still young.
All these generations of mexico are doing alot at there level the u15, u17 , and the u20 are all doing well, that means we will have good soccer out of mexico for the next several years, amanzing
yeah but whats the point if when after they do there national team cycles, sub15 17 20/ 23, coaches like tuca, cruz azul, atlas, etc dont play them even after all the national team achievements, and this is more directed to offensive mids and fowards.. i mean just look at poor pulido.
lets just hope they get a good coach lol, but our youth teams are getting better and better that coaches like him will have to play them, I can see it happening since the bar is always being raised generation by generation
