Travel/Tickets: USA versus Guatemala in Guatemala City 6/12/2012

i would think the best way is to meet up at a hotel or a bar in zona rosa and then all get a minivan together. there will be plenty of festivities in and around the stadium before hand

No such thing, Zona Rosa is in Mexico City. Zona Viva is in Guatemala City.

But yeah I'd recommend forming a good group, the more the safer, and yes good idea to meet either at a bar, hotel, restaurant or shopping center.

Get to the stadium early to make sure you get to your seat on time for game time.

hey Corona, sup bro, this is lguti9 from Guatemalan thread. I got some info. regarding game between USA n Guate, i just heard on the Guatemalan Fed. that tickets will not be sold at the Stadium no more, they will only be sold prior to the match, like at the Guatemalan Ticket store, i guess they do it so no fake tickets be sold.

According to the e-mail below from the Guate fed, they haven't yet determined ticketing procedures for the game. They expect to have confirmation shortly though and to also have tickets available for purchase online, including those in the away supporters’ section.

Im in corpus christi, tx i am really wanting to go to this game. Can anybody help me out with doing this. rather meet up with other yanks since its my first one out of the coutry.

Pretty excited as we have just over a month for the match but a bit worried that we haven't heard anything regarding supporter's tickets. Hopefully we will soon.

No new info on US soccer nor the Guate Fed website about tickets
