TBH I havent watched many full games of Jovetic besides their draw with Napoli, is he really the type of long range passer like Totti?

    You started your account TODAY?

    Welcome romanista!

No he's really great at flick ons but I can't say he has that long range vision he's better as a fantasista not a trequartista

Yes, I did start it today, been following for a little while and thought it was time to start giving my two cents. Jovetic in the summer would be a dream, but we probably cant afford Jojo, a good midfielder and a good CB

At the expense of having jojo I'd say do your best to sign a quality mid but forget about another cb right now, promote romagnoli permanently and rearrange funds if Burdisso leaves

It was one game, hes barely 18, and we`re gunning for 3rd. I think we need another CB who is at least GOOD, just to be safe. Romag might not be another Marcos. Heard us linked with Dragovic

A quality CB should be the priority, we've been in need of one since this 'project' started.

Burdisso needs to go and we can't go into next season with just Castan, Marcos and Romagnoli

I hope Burdisso leaves and they rearrange the money saved on his salary for another cb maybe look for another torosidis type deal

I would imagine ogbonnas price has gone down after his hype cooled and he just came back from a lengthy injury.

I wonder if 13 could take him.

    Include balzaretti as well

I think Castan will do very well in more conservative tactics. He seems very technical but not the fastest. I'd still go after another CB though. Romagnoli should slowly be integrated over the next couple seasons. Give him time against relegation teams and let him build up confidence. The fan base and newspapers are ruthless at this club, and one bad game could destroy him. I think that's what happened with Jose Angel.

Remember how embarrassing it was seeing Angel get worked by those lumberjack teams in preseason? I don't know what happened to that boy.

I agree about needing a 3rd quality CB. We need 3 very good ones so Romagnoli can be bred in slowly and correctly as the 4th. Promote another youth player as the 5th.

We NEED depth at CB. Someone as good or better than Castan and Marcos. Experienced so he can play with either one and not have 2 inexperienced players out there, who will make mistakes as they go along. Burdisso should be leaving this summer back to Argentina, his wages easily pay a replacement.

This should be Taddei and Perrotta's final season with us as well. Time to pay those wages to some upgrades who will help immediately.

Alexis sanches is another barca girl, instead of scoring always trying to make a pen

everybody who goes to barca turns out that way. their coaches don't care (about diving) and teammates applaud you for winning PK's

let's not talk barca. everyone talks barca. and in my experience it always ends up with yelling and loud noices being yelling.
I would LOVE JoJo, but as long as we get some kind of a beast for the CB.

Many boards should have a "No Barca" rule unless they're actually playing a game. That topic can derail a thread like no other.

Such a shame our financial situation is so dire. They say Ibra hates it in France and is dying to return to Italy. Imagine selling Osvaldo and replacing him with Ibra.

Then we could buy Messi and Ronaldo and Roma would look like my FM team.

Where is the reasonableness on this board? Ibra would never come to Roma and PSG would never take a huge loss on their investment.

Roma is going to build through promising young players. That is the only strategy that make sense.

I'd pass. I understand your point regardless of the player.

How could you hate it in France!?
