Last year I would have loved Boateng, right now we're struggling with too many players for too few positions (except our dreaded defence), and too few competitions to use them all, and this might end up costing us some very good players... so sadly, right now is not the time Boa Boa... With that said... In another time, another place, I would've loved to have him on our team simply because of this:
Destro interview- he went to a shopping mall and gave out autographs too. Cool dude http://asromanewsinenglish.blogspot.com/2012/10/destro-interview.html
I propose Burdisso + 10 million for Ogbonna. He has had a quiet season so far (Ogbonna) and his speed and versatility are Zemanesque
Torino are 5th in least goals conceded with 8 goals (Roma 16 - tied for last), not to mention 2 of those goals were penalties, that's pretty good. Not sure they'd want Burdisso. The market is pretty open on CB's.
One thing is for sure, we need a 2nd regista who fits in Zeman's system and who can compete with Tachtsidis. At this moment we have only 1 regista.
http://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/roma/?action=read&idnet=dm9jZWdpYWxsb3Jvc3NhLml0LTQ0Njg1 Being linked with some japanese player. We need one japanese, one chinese and one indian player next to bradley
What is he going to get overlooked by a tactically rigid coach too. This notion that Bradley was a marketing signing is dumb. Especially in this country....
The Japanese guy it kiyotake he's nice http://asromanewsinenglish.blogspot.com/2012/10/sabatini-follows-kiyotake-new-nakata.html I wouldn't object he's skillful
Not sure where we'd fit him, as he seems very much like Florenzi and/or Marquinho. That being said, Japanese players play with more heart than any others, so absolutely yes! (but we ********ing need Europe next year so we can play all these guys, ******** we were supposed to be in Europa this year )... and what a signing like this would do to our marketing numbers would be huge!
Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa contract runs out in the summer. Nicollin is a bit of a sh-t but surely they'll have to sell him in the winter.
He is the player we should be pursuing the most. With his ability, age, expiring contract and our need at the back it seems like a no brainer.
Roma should sign Angelo Ogbonna from Torino, he is only 24 and easily top 3 CB's in Serie A right now and lets get Rosi from Parma back, I think he is a way better right back than Piris. Thoughts??
We got rid of Rosi because he wasn't good enough, If Piris can't cut it we should look into a new RB rather than just bringing back the old one that wasn't good enough.
