Apparently we are going to be holding talks with Gabriel Heinze as back up for left back. Rumours starting on the internet. Probably nothing in it, personally i hope not at 33 years old!

Could you imagine the magic Totti and Pastore could make together? It would almost be scary how good they would play together. If Pastore could make Miccoli look 10 years younger imagine Francesco! Lol

Your insane if you turn down Hienze.. The man is a monster, age is no concern for him since he seems immortal! But really "el gringo" is one of those footballers that every coach loves, he's passionate, good and never quits. I'm stealing a line from my man DDR here but I'd drive to France to pick him up myself!

A bit off topic here but does anybody think De Rossi will take the #5 shirt? That's what he wears on the Nazionale and now it's all free for the taking.

Why should De Rossi want the number 5? Who cares about his NT number. I think he's had different numbers every tourny. Even had number 10 for a while.

He looks like me makes lots of saves that goofy would screw up. It is hard to tell from YouTube videos, but he certainly looks like an upgrade to Doni.

He said when he got the #5 shirt for Italia that it has always been his favorite number because he used to love watching Falcao growing up

    Haven't heard this one, source?

Before 16 he wore 27, and 4 with us. I read he wears #16 because his daughter was born on the 16th. I find it odd he doesn't use 16 for the Azzurri.

Nobody actually gives a rats ass what NT number they have, also he has to get actually called up and not act like a total prick to get back into the NT setup.

Rafa Marquez is wearing #9 for Mexico at Copa America.

RvP, Sneijder, Huntelaar and Robben rotate through 7, 9, 10 and 11 amongst themselves almost every tournament.

NT numbers are irrelevant. De Rossi should stay 16.

That is a different one. The defender is hurt and not at Copa.
