My Portuguese friend is positive they are going to get Herrera at Porto for the summer. We'll see..... He also says that will be it as far as Mexicans to Porto.
They're going to say the name in a few moments in Jorge Ramos y Su Banda. Will turn out to be bullsh!t methinks.
How the fack does a wack ass nad who had trouble scoring in the mmls and national team last year get tried and bought to europe but our players who are ten times better cant, that makes no sense at all lol
Sounds like a good combination then. And that is Fabians problem IMO, he can't defend, so he can't play the midfield, he must play a forward spot. Would the lesson be that is better to start in a smaller team where you will get PT than going to a big team and sit on the bench? Then again, is not 100% right, for every Hector Moreno there is a Pablo Barrera. So really there is no right answer.
Yes I hear 1 to 1.3 million tops for Agudelo; MX teams can hold up for more money than that, I think Juarez went for 3+ million to Celtic.
i'm guessing you don't watch many Chivas games. sure, he's an offensive player but many times he tracks back to defend and plays as another defensive mid. hell, just last Sunday against Toluca he covered more ground than Lucho Perez.
This an interesting video... filmed by a fan from the stands... you can see Marco Fabian hustling a lot & contributing on defense. The guy was a Brazil fan so he edited it to mostly show Brazil creating danger etc., Good watch.
Sorry for the late reply. Not really. Still surprised that Vidrio didn't go in the end, maybe in the summer. Other than that, I don't think there will be much movement in the winter, the summer window could be very different, with the Confed Cup coming on.
I think Aquino is an ok player, nothing special, however I also agree that he could do decently on a mid table team in Europe. The thing is that European clubs don't usually search the Mexican market for ok players, or to put it the real way, Mexican ok players' agents don't really care about promoting them to European clubs because the payoff they would receive is a lot less than what they would get in Mexicn football. If you see, most, if not all transfers from Mexico to Europe are either standout players who had a great tournament or the best youngsters in the league, not decent-to-good players.
I'm hearing it's almost a done deal. This is why Madrid is dropping so many points - to make Pikolin earn his hefty wage.
