A few months ago he was trying out for Montreal Impact, and apparently he failed. The odds are high against him. He was never the same after the knee injury, and the discipline issues.
He didnt necessarily fail. He just left after one week. He probably was getting hacked, and pushed around in training and with his injury past and the low salaries, he decided it wasnt for him. Manchester City, seems to be giving tryouts to anyone who can walk, so I wouldnt put much into this. Still surprised a relegation level team hasnt taken him on loan. Props to the U20 btw, for giving him a place to continue to get playing time and training.
He is 18, dude is clearly talented there is a reason big clubs look at him from bertha to arsenal now Manchester City, the injury and Meza clearly slowed him down but again he is 18 and can his body is young enough to actually heal back to where he was, I remember Alberto Medina suffered I believe the same injury when he was 20/21 and it did not seem to have affected him that much speed wise.
I have a good feeling alot of the players from our olympic team will be going to europe after the olympics in the summer transfer window more then last year, so how many players last year made a transfer to europe?
Why wouldn't we? He's pops is paisa and he was born in Mexico. His moms us the English one if I'm not mistaken.
Respuesta: Re: Transfer Rumors Nope, he was born in Chester, but he was raised in Zacatecas. And yup, his mom is English.
Re: Respuesta: Re: Transfer Rumors Ferguson is interested in two Mexican players according to Tena. http://www.mediotiempo.com/futbol/s.../04/25/ferguson-sigue-a-dos-jovenes-mexicanos
Re: Respuesta: Re: Transfer Rumors nice! i wonder if Pulido is one of them. i remember awhile back an article came out saying that ManU has been keeping an eye on Pulido. and that's cool of Feguson & ManU to offer their installations to our NT during the Olympics
Re: Respuesta: Re: Transfer Rumors Es Herrera. Y segun rumores Ferguson ya hablo personalmente con Pulido.
SAF is one hell of a coach, hopefully some more mexicans accompany hernandez there that would be baddass
Re: Respuesta: Re: Transfer Rumors It's not "cool," it's brilliant! This way ManU scouts can watch the players before anyone else does. Might even result in a signing before the tourney (remember he signed someone named Little Pea before the WC).
ya because if mexico has a decent torunment, they will cost most after the tourny, so financially speaking its smarter to sign before the olympics.
Re: Respuesta: Re: Transfer Rumors Exactly Fergy is no fool, why go send scouts to Mexico if you can have the best young talent come your fields and train there? Easy way to check em out and see who wants to stay in Manchester
