I've always liked Navarette.....when he came on I for sure thought we were going to sell (or almost about to sell) Memo. Dude is a solid keeper who I wouldn't mind having if Memo were to ever leave. I don't think any of us were expecting Tony Lopez or D. Marquez to make up for losing Chava....but man.....Tony can't mess up on those sitters. Chava and Esqueda would have for sure put those in the back of the net. Chava will most likely never play pro soccer again......we NEED to buy a striker.

nothing is ever going to happen with lopez. a Young player with a future would have atleast made one of the 2. esqueda is not a super great player but he can' paly different positions and help the team out in some things. when is esqueda due back?
Last time i heard of Esqueda they said he was starting to practice again. Im not sure yet. As for Layun, hes a bit excessive on the kids but in general hes shown he has confidence. Maybe hell be a bit of a late bloomer once hes accumulating more minutes, like Rosinei. I hope thats the case, or that we can trade him for someone who will have an instant impact.

While Chucho has certainly not helped the team, I cannot blame him for how we have played. This is a problem that originates at the top and that poisons the whole team from the top, down.

Torito was shaky as hell. His last "good" game was the final vs. Arsenal de Sarandi. Golazo vs. Monterrey was a fluke. even for regular league games he would get nervous. also I can't believe we still have a shot at entering the liguilla. jesus.
