My TomTomOne suddenly stopped recognizing Satellite signal. When I go to the satellite page it show various satellite reception levels but the device no longer recognizes those satellites so does not update. All other functions work (but in relation to the last route registered in the system.) I have tried soft reboot. When I tried Hard reboot the tomtom page did not recognize that my device was plugged into the computer An advice would be appreciated.
