    Hello,

I know a young player, 21 years old, with an opportunity to arrive in the Portland area in April/May to play PDL soccer (Premier Development League). A number of factors still need to be taken into consideration, one of the major issues are finances. He will need to find his own housing, and rent fees for a single person at the moment look too high when you take into consideration flight costs, visa fees, food cost and he also won't be able to work during his time in Portland due to visa restrictions. He will be training virtually full time and everyday.

I am searching for a member/family of the Portland soccer family who would be open to providing housing during the period April-July either for a reduced cost or for free. Requirements are virtually only a bed to sleep in and kitchen to cook in. He's a good polite young man with professional playing experience in the UK so it could be a beneficial move for a family with young soccer players etc. He has recently been certified (for his coaching work in the UK) to be able to work with children, no criminal offences etc. It should also be noted that's he's very focused on his career and mature so there will be no issues of stereotypical young behaviour.

I'm open to speaking with interested parents/families with additional questions. Feel free to PM me or reply here.

    Thanks
