Not sure about the others, but #2 is Tafari Moore. He is a right-back and highly regarded - he is an England youth international.
Sky says we have agreed terms with Gedion Zelalem for a new deal. My assumption is that it's a least 4 years to keep him at the club but the rags say three.
Penalty for us. It was clear as day. And.... Olsson misses. We've pressed well. Barca have struggled. 20 min in - no goals and 1 missed penalty.
1-1 at half time. Gnabry got the equalizer. Brilliant work by Jon Toral to make that goal. Gnabry did well with the finish under pressure. Great football. Very interesting and entertaining game.
We lost 4-2 in the end. Our goalkeeper got a red card in the 60th min while we were losing 2-1. Then surprisingly we managed to equalize in the 83rd min and were 7 min plus stoppage time away from penalties. Unfortunately, it wasn't to be. It was a very good game of football.
It's a feature of young players. I'm a big Yankee fan, and I remember the spring of 2008, when virtually every Yankee fan was excited about the big three: Philip Hughes, Joba Chamberlain, and Ian Kennedy. Hughes had two good seasons, Kennedy had one outrageously good season for Arizona, and the less said about Joba the better. None of them plays in New York anymore. Moral of the story: you don't know how well young players will end up being, and for every success, there're at least ten busts.
Hmm, where does that sound familiar. Playing Barca in UEFA, goalie gets ejected, we play valiantly with 10 men and we're 10 mins from time, when...
He sees passes that not a lot of players can. You think what’s he doing? and suddenly someone is in. He’s only 16 and he’s an exciting player. It won’t be long before he’s ready. He’s so comfortable on the ball. Even in training he’s a nightmare to play against. He keeps the ball away from you and shields it. He’s not very big but he’s strong. He drifts in and out of players. He’s quite a strong lad and technically he’s right up there. He’s a good one for the future.
