Watched the highlights and I'm really excited about Aneke and Eisfeld.
Some of the 1-touch passing play was outstanding

I'm telling you. The guy really can't be far from the first team. He must be really lacking in one area of his game not to be considered already.

wenger rates the heck out of him but, from what i saw in preseason, he's not remotely ready. talented, though.

2-0 to Arsenal at half-time vs Marseille. Yennaris and Akpom with the goals.

Looks like a very dominant performance so far, should be a greater margin on the score board

3-0 Akpom again with an assist from Olsson, who seems to be running things in midfield. Hopefully he will have a full, injury free season this time around. Looks a good prospect

Yennaris popping up with a goal? That's not a name I'd expect on the scoresheet!

Gnabry certainly looks the real deal. Who would you guys compare him to though in terms of a type of player? Is he a winger or cm?

gnabry looks more oxlade-chamberlain than walcott. if the his number (and where he's played) is any indication, they're probably looking at him outside. he's been 11 in all 3 games, i think.

first time i saw toral. he had some nice passes. the number indicate he was playing pivot. i wonder if wenger might consider him for the pivot while moving wilshere forward or if he would consider having wilshere and toral in the back together, splitting holding duties.

i wonder why it's taken so long for us to see angha. as i understand it, he's rated and i'd much rather see him than meade (although meade has the bonus value of being able to make arshavin and cazorla look tall).

poor keeper on trial. he had nothing at all to do.

Wow. All the games I've seen here, our kids have absolutely dominated so far. I hope we can add a few to the first team in the next couple of years. Is it irrational to be excited about these teenagers?

Depends. Our U21s look strong, our U18s look somewhat mediocre (despite a few players appearing on both teams)
