I'm in, anywhere in particular you have in mind?

Thinking of places close to me, if the weather is nice, Harry's Country Club has always been a favorite, the patio last night was great.

I met a guy in the Cauldron at the Man U game who asked me to come by his sandwich shop on 5th street in Columbus Park. I've been wanting to go give it a try. Unfortunately I can't remember the name and google maps isn't helping. Staubio told me it's at 5th and Campbell, but I know it isn't La Sala's.

Happy Gillis Cafe nearby always has a great menu too. Best sandwich I've ever had was there, but the menu changes so much I don't know that I'll get to try it again.

Happy Gillis is the shit. I love that place.

Lets see who is coming then take it from there :) We ended up at Johnny's last time and my chewy port tenderloin sandwich was rather unimpressive.

I'm in. I prefer walking distance from 10th & Main but I can drive if necessary. We could also head to Thai Paradise.

Might be up for that, even if it means a bit of a drive for me.

    http://blogs.pitch.com/fatcity/2010/07/pandolfis_deli_is_now_open_in.php

So the place was Pandolfi's Deli - 538 Campbell. I took a stroll because it was so nice out. Sat outside on a great little sidewalk space in a historic neighborhood of Kansas City.

A lot of the same recipes from the old Pandolfi's Deli in Liberty - perfect bread and killer cheese on mine, along with a parmesan based mayo that is really unique. I had the #3 Italian Meat and would eat it again tomorrow. I picked up a Prosciutto and roasted red pepper sandwich for Misty for later.

Jake Hendershot is the owner. I'm pretty sure he is the sunlit Cauldronite in the White Puma shirt in that picture you posted on kcwfans.com, Northbank. Great guy, and huge soccer fan - I think he might come by the Tuesday kickarounds as well. He usually has cleats and shorts at the shop. :D

Talked Omar Bravo with a couple of the Boar's Head guys that were there on a service call. They were really excited about the signing and weren't really Wizards fans.

Well you could show up early, claim your place in chosen eatery and then I could show up late and push you out of the way and eat your sandwich! ;)

After talking to szazzy & Mike we're considering Monday (tomorrow) instead for lunch. I believe that worked for James as well so that just leaves Moufwash & Roush. Any objections?
