I'm wondering if I can help with an informational brochure/paper on TIF financing for the Milwaukee project. I think the mis-information about what the TIF money would be used for and how TIF works doomed the PabstCity project. If you can Peter, can you divulge the percentage of the TIF money that will go to public infrastructure. I would imagine it's very high.
We'll ask for a 1/7 ratio on TIF/total construction cost (approx. $25m TIF). Don't have the percentage of TIF to public infrastructure, but i will get that for you.
