Very disappointing. I want that Texian Army guy back (Riley?). Seriously, when i want to get in a good mood, i just go see the end of "forever we are orange" and watch him dance, its quite amusing. I just don't consider KC to be a rival...I think they certainly could get there down the road...but who knows if we'll be seeing enough of each other for that to happen
We see them more now than we saw Pachuca back then and I considered them rivals, and I consider KC rivals. I don't consider Dallas a rival any more.
Pachuca had the whole David/Goliath and US/Mex thing going on and they were indeed a rival. Dallas I personally will always consider a rival. Screw them. KC...they're thugs and d-bags and but I wasn't crushed that they ended our streak, just that it ended. I want to beat them so we can get to MLS Cup...not just because it's them. Granted rivalries are a personal thing for the most part.

FC Southern Oklahoma Frisco Nuthuggers you report the truth, again, we in Houston have been squaring off versus a team from DFW since the 70's. They are the eternal rival. Period. Pachuca and K.C. and LAG are earned in battle rivals for our latest incarnation of outdoor association football team. Please, please, pretty please respect our past to honor our present! I mean we had a Celtic legend play here, a FIFA World Cup First XI play here and now since 2006 De Ro, Pat Onstad, Brian Ching and our Stuie who are the best players Canada, Hawaii and Houston have ever produced played here. Also, Fuk a Wizards and their coach!
