Well that's just man management given we did not sign a better leftback. May as well tell the only true leftback we have in the squad that's he's number 1 :p

We'll see if that sticks beyond January.

Danny could still round out to be a terrific LB, he had a great season last year and perhaps just needs time to settle. I trust AVB

H's not terrible, but aside from raw speed he's no upgrade over BAE.

IMHO, BAE is a much more cultured player. Tricky, good passer, really nice diagonals and long balls, relatively solid defensively.

No idea why we're talking about this in the News Wire thread.

Ade is happy to fight for a place.

Hopefully this brings out the best in him. I feel like he would fit well above Lamela/Eriksen/Siggy/et al., if Soldado starts to struggle.

Personally I prefer Ade as the backup starter over Defoe.

adebayor is absolute class if he puts the effort in. that said, he's only appeared to do so in pursuit of contracts ... time will tell if he's as motivated by minutes.

I think the highlight was West Ham fans chanting 'Racists' at Spurs fans.

I got an e-mail from the club, pushing game tickets through Stubhub. Thoughts? Are we not selling out every game any more? Or is this just a bit better than finding a tout on game day?
