If Manchester United are going the route of "brand" and "product", then they have to understand that their relationship with fans will slowly migrate to one of "vendor" and "customer".

Karloski is merely shopping for the best product. He is tired of his Samsung Galaxy S2 and is deciding whether he should go with an Apple 5 or HTC One. He's ahead of the curve.

Don't take my word for it though. You can read about it at length in the book "Generating Football Content: Pretentious Pontificating for The Neo Soccer Hipster - by The Jitty Slitter (foreword by SirManchester)".

Players like Kagawa thrive on dynamic movement and short passing. This is something we lack. Even in his preferred position he would struggle as there are simply no outlets which results in him being closed down and the ball going nowhere.

    Out of context.

Kagawa's first year was under Ferguson in which the old man stated several times that "Kagawa will flourish next season."

He has the qualities that are overlooked from goalscorers and hard workers which is why he takes the back seat, but football people understand just how dynamic the kid is, which is why its beyond many as to why he is constantly benched under Sasquatch.

Whoever swoops in to buy him will be getting a deal. Best of luck to him going forward.

"Kagawa, who cost United £13 million, was a surprise selection for the Champions League game away against Real Madrid and while he failed to make a major impact in the 1-1 draw at the Bernabeu, Ferguson said he was pleased with some of the things he saw.

He added: "In the first half an hour he was terrific as he kept making these great runs through them, which we thought was going to be one of our biggest assets in the game.

"He was just unlucky that he had a couple of heavy touches on the ball when he made runs past Robin van Persie. He kept opening them up, but people don't see that, which is a wee bit unfair, as he did really well for us."

Both numbers are completely made up. Stupid BvB fans.

Sahin was sold for 10 and Kagawa for 12; neither player did anything to activate any bonuses.
