In every Zvezda's game is minimum 4.000 people in cop (north),i talk about supporters, but problem are "regular" people, from east and west side of stadium... but i think, that is not economic problem..."regular" people lose interest for our footbal.

About derby- in our stadium, minimum is 35-40 000 fans...earlier-stadium was always full 60 000. On JNA(partizan stadium),one derby had just 12-15 000 supporters. Last derby on JNA are visited from 25 000 people.
But problem is not losing interest to football. Our derby became dangerus for normal fans(not ultras), In last derbies, was few incidents(basketball, football)

I hope, you understand me, my english isn't saw good...;) :)

    Hi gays!
If you have time go and bet correct score 4:2 for Mladost(Apatin) - Vojvodina, everywhere in Eastern Europe is bloked. But on forums is licked information that this game is fiksed. You can bet 2-1, 1:2 correct score in first half and 4:2 correct score at the end of game. So if someone want to risk there a good chance.
    Bye:)

Vojvodina is historically the third best club in Serbia. Since the break up of Yugoslavia the team from Novi Sad, the second biggest Serbian city has had some decent results.

Overall they usually finish third or fourth in the league behind the big two of Red Star Belgrade and Partizan Belgrade. Over the last couple of years they have invested in their youth academy and for a couple of years fell to around 5th or 6th in the Serbian League table. But now they are reaping the benefits of believing in their youth development. They finished 3rd again last year and are looking to getting a Uefa Cup spot.

Five or six players on the Euro 2007 U21 team that played in Holland play for Vojvodina. Namely the goalkeeper of the U21 side, Damir Kahriman came through the Vojvodina youth ranks and now is the starting keeper for them. Another player is Gojko Kacar who has done the exact same thing.

Unfortunately to qualify for the group stages of the Uefa Cup they have to defeat Atletico de Madrid, one of the toughest opponents in the competition at the current minute. But, if they keep their discipline, they are capable of a surprise. As you pointed out, they lost in the Cup final last year to Red Star 2-0 but they played fairly good. And their supporters came in full voice so it was nice to see them.

They are capable of challenging for the title if they have a little luck this upcoming season.

Who is the most famous player to have played for Vojvodina?

    Sinisha Mihaljovic.

Here are the current league standings in Serbia:

    1. Partizan Belgrade 9 points
    2. Javor 7
    3. Vojvodina Novi Sad 6
    4. Hajduk Kula 5
    5. Cukaricki 4
    6. Jagodina 4
    7. OFK Belgrade 4
    8. Borac Cacak 3
    9. Napredak Krusevac 3
    10. Rad Belgrade 1
    11. Banat Zrenjenin 1
    12. Red Star Belgrade 1

Conclusion: The title is already over, and this is the worst position Red Star Belgrade has found itself in history of the club.

Here is a picture that describes the feelings of the fans:

    Rough translation of the Cyrillic:

    All Players come and go
And the managers and the board
    Only the North stays
    and protects it
    Never will there be betrayal

Note: It's much more poetic in Serbian. The frustration exhibited is paramount.

Cleo with 2 goals, Milijas with 1 and Parker with 1 against Napredak. Excellent result and a great game. Cleos first header was deadly, his excellent in the air and holds the ball very well.

What do the other zvezdasi think about our new signings?

    Zvezda do kraja............

    Svi igraci prolaze...
    i treneri i clanovi uprave...
    CAMO Sever ostaje..
    Zvezdu cuva nema nikada izdaje.

Red Star has had the best off season. They have brought in many good players and I think they we have a solid chance of catching Partizan if we can maintain consistency. Parker and Avah especially seem like good buys. Add Pejcinovic and Vranjes at the back and we got some some future potential.

IF we can keep this team together for the rest of this season and next season we have a pretty good chance of maybe getting into the final 32 of the uefa cup.

There is one more game on Saturday. Final day will decide runner’s up. Vojvodina is second classified team and they will be there, if they win in the last round.
