The way I see it is that we need to try to give the players that are currently PLAYING a chance in the starting 11, with a few exceptions like Miske, who I still believe is a huge difference maker

    ---Bego---

    --Mujdza---Spahic---Pandza---Lulic--

    ---------Salihovic-----Hadzic--------------

    --Stevanovic---Misimovic------Pjanic-

    --------------Dzeko-------------------------

That's defenitely a nice backline. It's a pity Pape prefers a Mravac type of backline though.

To be honest, I would like to see our national team try something similar to what Zeljeznicar does, put in a playmaker as a fake winger and allow the fullbacks the extra outlets in attack, like how Zeba always cuts in from the left wing but Kvesic acts as another attacking option by overlapping on the left side.

So I think what you have there would be pretty good and might be good enough to try out, but the thing is I am not sold on Lulic's defensive awareness. He's looked poor many times when he is played there and struggles to deal with tricky, pacy wingers.

    I'd like to try this out in a friendly in the future;

    Begovic
    Mujdza - Pandza - Spahic - Kvesic
    Hadzic - Salihovic
    Lulic - Misimovic - Pjanic
    Dzeko

Then we would have the pace and good movement of the likes of Vedo and Stevanovic to come and go straight at the opponents' tired defenses around the 65th or 70th minute. It would make us more unpredictable and it would add a different dimension to our play. Too bad that we won't see it as long as Pape is in charge.

That's a decent line-up you got there, but when you play with 2 wingers who are supposed to cut down in the middle, you're actually limiting space for Dzeko, because the defenders will tighten up the space between the backs causing the same situation Dzeko has been having in City. And with backs overlapping either sides will be effective for a half hour or so, because it requires you to be in massive shape. It would work if we had Coentrao there or so, but we don't.

We don't need Coentrao. Mujdza and Kvesic are very good fullbacks to have in order to play this sort of system. Not to mention that Misimovic, Lulic, and Pjanic should be interchanging positions throughout the games. Unpredictability is a very important factor in football these days and our national team lacks that. If our players are always roaming around and getting crosses in for Dzeko to head, then defenses will find it very difficult to cope with.

Our players aren't workhorses, they've never been that. What I'm trying to say is that if you want this to work, you'll need your backs running and making crosses the entire game which will be impossible to expect from a guy who plays in an amateur club like Zeljo. Mujdza should be able to handle that, but I don't see Kvesic do the same. Yet.

They don't work hard enough because our coach doesn't go into depth on what their roles are in the game and they don't train enough to get ready for it. But two training sessions and just put players wherever you please on the pitch seems to be Susic's idea, his tactics are very stale and outdated so we won't get anywhere with him.

Kvesic has been doing EXACTLY that throughout his career so far, he bombs forward on the left flank and he still gets back to defend in time when the other team has the ball. He's the Bosnian Jordi Alba, he needs to be given a call.

Zeljeznicar isn't an amateur club, they're actually one of the professionally run clubs in our region along with Dinamo Zagreb, Partizan, Vojvodina, Hajduk Split, etc.

    Bosnian Jordi Alba?

Kvesic is nowhere near Alba's talent.

I'd rather compare him with Maicon.

His style is nothing like Maicon's though, that's why I said he is like Alba. Energetic, full of pace, blessed with an extra lung, and bombs up and down the flank all game long.

    Ok,

Kvesic is an entire unique player and there's nobody we can compare him with.

Get rid of Svraka, Vrancic, and S. Vranjes and replace them with Josip Kvesic, Zukanovic, and Cocalic.

Against Wales, I would go like this

    _____________Begovic_________________

    ___Mujdza_____Zuka_____Coca________Kvesic___

    _______________Hadzic_______________________

    _______________Salihovic_____________________

    __Steva__________Pjanic______________Visca_____

You know what's funny? These guys are actually not that bad. Damir Vrancic is Braunschweig's best player and a respectable all around player in the 2. Bundesliga, while Stojan Vranjes is one of the best midfielders in Romania. Not good enough for the NT though.

This is the perfect World Cup for Bosnia to qualify for. That group is perfect for you. Best of luck my Bosnian friends -

    Nove sankcije za N/FS BiH?

Ivica Osim: Potrošeni smo i iskorišteni

Why can't things go well for once? Just for once. Things like this only happen in a fúcking 3rd world country that Bosnia is.

For every good thing that happens in Bosnian football, whether it's that win against Belgium or Dzeko becoming top goalscorer in Germany, something 5x worse happens.

I'm really thinking about doing a coup in our FA so I can gain full power and start restoring shìt from the bottom again.

Guys, don't kill me for saying this... but... I actually would not mind playing at Borac banja Luka's stadium for one NT game. It is kinda nice, and it's just like a one-night-stand (ask Vitez about that, he knows about a lot of them).

Thanks, and the majority of us also think it's finally a good chance to qualify. As said before on this forum - if we don't qualify now, we never will.
