In theory, yes giving average people $1000 bucks should work but in reality it would be wasted in industries that dont matter. Most of it being spent on achohol, cigs, fast food, entertainment ect. If the guy with 10 million is actually spending it, he will afect much more people and industries buying multiple cars, a new big expensive house, a boat, ect. If he is simply hordeing the money and to a extent investing the money,its just a ineffective as giving 10,000r egualr joes 1000.
