You choose to deflect from the actual topic with that, not me. You're making the conversation about that. I talked about the football but you obviously can't handle that.

You can define football for yourself how you choose, just don't put words in other peoples' mouths.

No, sometimes they also spit at them ;)

like Lamela against Juve at the end of the game. Ref did not see it so I guess he will have to answer for that latter

what now Italians have good youth system  . 25,26 years old is still a young talent in Italy, the only good young players are the ones they buy from south america but now you can see that italian clubs dont have the money look at Milan they take free players or buy them in couple of instalments. Frankly i dont see how the Seria A will improve

You post something that is obviously not correct and I just point it out. There is no restructuring, youth production or squad rebuilding on a large scale (anything statistically significant).
The italian league has by far the highest average age (if we compare the top5 leagues in europe) and the lowest number of u21 players who get regular playing time.
That doesn't mean it's not competitive but I don't think that the Serie A has already seen its worst days. Those will come once the current generation must be replaced and everyone realises that there is no money to do so.
That's where the BL was around '98-2001 when our clubs were still very successfull in international competitions but it was obvious that the old guard couldn't be replaced at the same level of quality.

Ummm it's happening at a club level and at a very gradual pace, it's not nationally instituted like it was in Germany. But guess what, it's happening and that's a fact. Whether it will be as effective as Germany I doubt but its definitely happening all other things aside.

You're going to have to be a little more specific then "it's happening and that's a fact". How and show some examples.

I've heard it mentioned that the DFB re-building program was heavily influenced by Dutch "old skool" methods and philosophies.

Does anyone know of any references or reading material on this topic?

Most of it centers around the training methods used at Ajax (called TIPS). Googling 'Ajax youth model' or 'Ajax youth development' should give you a start and Eurosport usually has a number of books and DVDs in their youth coaching section that are about the Dutch method and Ajax.

    hmm..let me re-phrase.

Does anyone on this forum have any actual knowledge, about any particular subject (other than masturbation, Mario Gomez, or the combination thereof)?

We were in even bigger scandals in both 1982 and 2006 and it still didn't stop us from whooping 'your' ass.
