Yeah. It's called "Starting Strength" and 6 months of it to date has helped me tremendously. I'm leaner but my body fat % is much lower and there's more muscle. Pereirinha should get on that, it's made for people with medium/small builds to maximize muscle growth.
yesterday he showed it again, how easily he can be physically challenged and lose the ball . Bulk up or it's another loan out next season for him.
