Would be interesting if we would sign Heath Pierce to play LB and put Stewart on the wing.

 

Looks like Jordan and Yannick are having fun at the Sharks game tonight. With Marquette King (Raiders) Joe Staily, Navarro Bowman, and Dan Skuta (49ers) Nice to see the guys enjoying San Jose and making friends with the other top athletes in the Bay Area.

How cool is that? Athletes from all these different bay area teams / sports, all shapes and sizes, hanging out and supporting each other. And Jordan Stewart is the ringleader? Good to see Djalo getting out and apparently enjoying the area. This place has got to be a lot different than Portugal, and no one is speaking his native language. He might feel pretty isolated otherwise.

 

I'm guessing that they all have the Santana Row connection. Idk about Bowman or Staily though. Pretty cool to see

Joe staley and skuta attend some quakes games. So that may be te connection.

 

I was in a hurry yesterday and on my way to church and I couldn't tell but I could have sworn one of the goals came when Stewart lost the ball at midfield which I think was a break away goal.....

 

I believe you are correct...if I remember correctly he had no one around him and he passed it directly to a whitecaps player.

Sounds like it might be an Achilles, not good. The way he went down (off ball, no contact) was no bueno....

 

so bummed for Stewart....one report mentioned a possible torn achilles....a...always enjoyed his upbeat personality......some of his tweets and instagram posts were entertaining....thought he was a great spokesperson for the Quakes....guess we will be seeing a lot of Frances the rest of the season...

Injury looked bad. Feel bad for him.

 

Quite possible we just witnessed the last minutes of Stewart's career. Hope the Quakes give him all the chances to stick around in whatever capacity he wants. Top bloke. Definite bummer.

 

Either "social coordinator" or "fashion czar" would be solid positions for him. Or to the extent that he has connections in England, a scout for talent in U.K. IIRC Hucks had something to do with the Quakes trialing Stewart in the first place but I could be mistaken.

 

Maybe pay a visit to our "sister" EPL team, Tottenham Invisiblespur?

 

Maybe he can find a job at Leicester City or Watford, the teams he was with the most? Unless the Quakes utilize him as a scout in England which would be a great tool to utilize.
