Did anybody see the end of the fight? I saw some ad about ashtma. I'm about to go off on Azteca America.

He has improved a lot since then man. Demarco is a good fighter but not elite. Broner is annoying but he is the real deal.

Also Robert Garcia facked up big time. He shouldn't have stopped that fight. It was such a badass fight up until that point.

Sucks for Mitchell, but the question about the sturdiness of his chin has been answered. He is a good guy and is an exciting fighter, but his whiskers are always going to be a hindrance.

    This.
He totally dominated Demarco in everything and looked to be in another level.

Where you able to see the knockdown? In my telecast, they returned from commercial to see the stoppage thing and the Azteca dumbf--ks screaming about it.

Yeah it showed it on mine. It was a great counter left. Marquez was hurt but got back up and was still fighting back. Garcia threw in the towel way too soon.

Props to Broner on his performance. That's how an elite boxer goes into a championship fight.

DeMarco on the other hand, that was an embarrasing world championship title defense. A lefty who wasn't throwing his left. No mames

Segun se mantener en 135 por unas cuantas peleas mas, y ademas dijo que 147 va ser su limite.

One more weight class and he actually would be right up Canelo's alley. Lol.

I just can't imagine him staying at 135 much longer. Too star depleted imo. 140 would bring a lot of $$$

    imagine Luca Matthysse

I don't think he will fight but maybe a couple more times at 135. I'm pretty sure he will fight Ricky Burns(overrated British fighter), and Titere Vazquez(Akward Mexican Champ).

I would love to see Broner knock Khan the fack out at 140.

Broner was just as I mentioned in a previous post...too fast for DeMarco. DeMarco will be a gatekeeper for 135 from here on out. I think Broner has the tools to be a great champion, but I wonder how much he'll lose in his abilities as he moves up? He definitely lost that punch through power at 135. Although he still has the "wear down" pop in his hands. There is one thing that I noticed he does during fights that can be a huge mistake as he moves on to bigger fighters. He sometimes fights with his mouth open. A HUGE NO-NO in combat sports. The amount of damage that can be done from even a glancing shot on his jaw is big. Let alone the more prone a boxer becomes to being KO'd. I'm not sure if he was tired? I doubt it because he looked to be in excellent shape. But if keeps that up against a guy like Lucas Matthysse or Brandon Rios. He's asking to be hurt in many ways.

I went to the Tyson Marquez vs Brian Viloria scrap. And a scrap it was. Very entertaining fight that ended in a KO win for Viloria. I thought Viloria's mind was semi-lost when he put Ruben Contreras in a coma. He seemed discouraged in his fights for a while, but I'm happy to see him back to his top shelf self.

I noticed that Broner lets out a grunt/yell when he throws his power shots, resulting in his mouth being open. He's leaving himself open to some big shots for sure. I was also telling myself that his punches didn't have that devastating power that he'd shown before but I wasn't sure if that was the effect of the weight or DeMarco's big chin- or BOTH. I guess we'll find out.

Broner has it. His defense is pretty good. He goes to the body hard and often. Even though you'd think his speed serves him best from the outside, he did even better on the inside on Saturday night. He anticipates punches/movements pretty well. The only opening I see is him leaning back a little too far on some occasions. Why the damn crying at the end of the fight though? And that f*cking ridiculous dance on the way in? What the f*ck? He was acting like he had just ko'd JMM.

As for Viloria, the kid has been stepping it UP.

I kind of picked this as Broner's showcase fight. The kid has all the tools, man. Sound defense, punch accuracy, speed.....

50cent was posturing about sticking Gamboa in the ring with Floyd Jr. Why doesn't he do boxing a favor and stick Gamboa in the ring with Floyd's mini-me? I would love, LOVE, LOVE to see that fight! (Also meaning I would pay, PAY, PAY to see it)

EDIT: I heard that the Ward-Pavlik fight is taking place at the Galen Center, while this past weekend's fight and Amir Khan's December date take place at the LA Sports Arena. Staples Center. Big fights all taking places in 3 different venues in like a 10 mile radius. I think I like it! Cool.

You have no idea how many times I drive by that place and tell my girl or whoever's in the ride with me. How that place NEEDS to hold a boxing event. Hold up...I think ESPN did a Friday Night Fights there, but I could be wrong? Either way, they should definetly hold some of the Home Depot type fights during the Fall and Winter seasons there.

@SDS I heard the grunts, but he kept his mouth open even when he wasn't throwing. That's just something that someone at this stage in his career, and with that ridiculous skill set should not be doing. Someone will exploit it. If you do it because your fatigued. Well that's just some unlucky risk you're dealing with. Look at Barrios when he fought Juarez. He got tired and was breathing out his mouth. Next thing you know his lip is dangling around his chin lol.

Broner has expressed his interest in fighting Gamboa, so it's up to 50 and Gamboa to step up. I agree with you in that it would be a great fight and i'd pay to see it, especially since it would also involve a goldenboy undercard, which as of recent years gurantees even more great fights.

If the fight were to happen, I see Broner winning by mid round stoppage. He is too big for Gamboa, and Gamboa's biggest weakness is his chin.

I think it would def be a very interesting fight. I'm not sure who'd win at this point.

Macho Camacho got shot a couple of hours ago. It's apparently very bad.
