Predicted place of finish for Quakes . . . well, it's above an MLS run team, at least.

 

Interesting that we finished closer to first place than to FC Dallas.

One would think we finsihed 9-14-11 rather than 14-11-9.

But replacing Baca and Beita is a wildcard.

 

Anyone recall where we were predicted to finish in 2013? Probably a lot higher than we did. I don't put a lot of stock in what these pundits have to say.

Thank god Dan Dibley isn't returning as the play-by-play guy. Anybody would be an upgrade.

 

Question from the guy hesitant to buy a jersey that could be outdated in a month: Any update on potential shirt sponsor? Or will this be a 2015 unveiling with the new stadium?

 

Wait, wouldn't you want to buy a jersey BEFORE a sponsor is added. I hate being a walking billboard for some crappy company, when I really want to be a walking billboard for the Quakes.

 

Well, crappy might not be the word for it. Just say it's Apple, not a crappy company, but not one I'd personally want to billboard for. Then again, I might be the only person in the Bay Area who doesn't own an Apple product. On the other hand, the Apple sheep might not want to pimp Google on their chest either. Guess I might be the only one with a shred of brand loyalty left.

...or it could be Amway again. LOL.

Okay, not Quakes related, but, we're happy. Well, #5 at least. But, #1 for the largest cities. Must be because of our new stadium going in.
