FA is planning to have the friendlies in November played away in Europe. They're looking to play against Belgium for one of those friendlies, but nothing's confirmed yet.

Blatter is a self-important, tin-eared glad hander, but in his defense, he apparently voted for the US bid. He thought voting on 2 bids at once would open things up, but it instead led to nefarious horse trading. We were a part of it as we supported the Qatar bid once we were eliminated. Fifa is way worse than the IOC at its worst.
