I think theres a good shot for a medal; i even dare say gold/silver.

You have to figure the UK will be tough to beat. Brazil, always brings it. Add in Spain, Uruguay, Japan. The competition level will definitely be a step up.

Benefit for mexico is team GB and Spain will not be able to bring their big guns (rooney, casillas, et al) if those guns play the Euro (royal edict from UEFA). Casillas already said he's not it and that De Gea should go.

I'm going to assume that's since this tournament is done through CONCACAF, they're allowed to wear to their regular uniforms. Same goes for all the other competitions.

Atletica is only required during the Olympics and Panamericanos. I recall the Olympic Committe and Atletica made a big deal over Paola Espinosa wearing a Nike swimsuit (her sponsor) instead of the required Atletica during one of the Panamericanos' competitions.

Well, at last this will be the last Olympic cycle with Atletica... Nike will be our Olympic brand (I remember reading an article about that back when the Pan-Am games were on)

Mexico doesn't use the FMF crest on it's Olympic Kits.. They use the logo of the Mexican Olympic Committee and a little Mexican flag......

and I'm not 100% sure, cause it's been months, but I think you misread that. If I remember correctly they signed up as "Sponsors" for the Pan-Am games but they didn't sign up to be our "Official" Sponsors...

I remember now, they signed, but with CONADE, not the COM... Nike will also give some money to the Mexican athletes that win a medal in London.

And while I think Atletica's templates aren't that ugly... the green used for the COM athletes fack it all:
