CKH is actually quite a master at substitutions. Given, his formation changes quite often and during games. For instance, against Suwon, he implemented a 4-2-3-1, followed up by 4-4-2 and then by the end of the game, a strong 4-3-3. The player that throws me off is Park Ju-young. He doesn't quite fit with the existing members. Also, while I applaud and agree with his selection of Kim Sang-shik, I can't really see his use anywhere. If it's truly a 2-top: ------------------Lee Dong-guk --------------------------------------Park Ju-young------------- -----------------------------Ha Dae-sung------------------------- ----Kim Jae-sung-------------------------------------------Choi Tae-uk ------------------------------Ki Sung-yong------------------------
oh bum suck kim chi woo oh god no. EDIT: if this lineup does not meet our expectations on the day against Kuwait. We simply don't deserve to be in WC 2014.
Guys who have been training together for weeks should be better than the majority of our European players who are fighting for minutes with their clubs, not to mention jet lag and lack of team practice.
interesting. Using older experienced players. Still nervous about the game. Kuwait might be practicing their butts off right now.
Its finally time for Ha Dae Sung to take the chance he is given [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZB00TYdZMg"]FC?? ???? ?? ??? ?.mp4 - YouTube[/ame]
I quite like his non-selection of most Euro based players. Gives them time to cement their place in their clubs and reminds them that playing for the National team shouldn't be taken for granted. Besides, for the Kuwait match, team chemistry is the most important. Looking quite forward to the matches.
I've said for a long time that our young kids need to focus on their clubs right now with brazil waaaay off. Regular playing time at the club level > traveling halfway around the world for one or two matches against some desert mercenaries. And now we need experience now. A well organized team of k league veterans should be more than enough right now.
Something to watch during Half-time in the Kuwait match! Ahn Jung Hwan saying his final farewell to the fans http://news.naver.com/sports/index....01&article_id=0005518267&date=20120217&page=1 Ahn Jung Hwan farewell match is still be negotiated. KFA wants Ahn Jung Hwan to play a bit and come off during the Uzbekistan friendly. Like how Lee Woon Jae got his time against Nigeria in Suwon 2010. But Mr Ahn is hesitating because he obviously knows how important the match is right now - Team Choi Kang Hee's first match.
Kim Jung Woo is injured. Will take about 3-4 weeks to recover. Will be out of contention for NT. http://news.naver.com/sports/index....&mod=read&office_id=241&article_id=0002072495
a blow but not a huge blow. much worse for jeonbuk than the KNT since we still got Ki, Shin Hyun-min, Ha Dae-sung, etc.
Kim Jung-woo will be officially unavailable for both the Uzbekistan & Kuwait ties due to the injury. What a bad news for KNT.
I'd like to see either Shin Hyung-min or Ha Dae-sung. But Choi Kang-hee mentioned that he won't find any subs for Kim's absence. We will see how Choi handles it within 2 weeks.
