Also from the article, Choi's not sure if PCY is match fit and may not start him (he was at the Blackburn match), JDW may not get called-up, SHM's not getting called-up, and KJC can't play because he's got too many yellows.

this would be ok with me

    --------------Lee Dong-kook--------Lee Keun-ho
    Kim Bo Kyung---Kim Jung-woo---Ha Dae-sung---Lee Seung-hyun
    Park Won-jae---Lee Jung-woo---Hong Jung-ho---Cha Du-ri
    -------------------Jung Sung-ryong

I very much doubt Kim Bo Kyung and Hong Jeong Ho would play. They certainly wouldnt play the Uzbekistan friendly because the Oman match is like few days before.
So, Id put Han Sang Woon in Kim Bo Kyung's place, and Kwak Tae Hee or Cho Sung Hwan in Hong Jeong Ho's place. Maybe, Choi Chul Soon in Cha Du Ri's place as well.
Also, I'd like Lee Seung Gi in there instead of Lee Seung Hyun.

EDIT: I forgot Kim Chang Soo. He can certainly play RB.

    Lee Dong Guk--Lee Keun Ho

Han Sang Woon--Kim Jung Woo--Ha Dae Sung--Lee Seung Gi

Park Won Jae--Lee Jung Soo--Kwak Tae Hee--Kim Chang Soo

    Jung Sung Ryong

Kim Shin Wook coming later on.
    Ko Myung Jin as well.

yea i forgot about the olympics. i would put Cho Sung-hwan and Choi Cheol-soon just for chemistrys sake. i wanna see him play Lee Seung-ki or Lim Sang-hyub but i doubt it. also im unsure about Kim Jae-sung and Yeom since they are at the police team i think.

oh and any news on radoncic?

Choi Kang Hee had a genuine interest in Lee Seung Gi before. Im sure he will call him up and check him for himself.
Kim Jae Sung is in Sangju Sangmu. Yeom Ki Hun would be difficult to call up.
But using Han Sang Woon wont be bad. He's been playing regularly for Seongnam during this pre-season and he has been impressive.
Radoncic is a no for now.

There are other players in contention to be called up. Like Kim Sang Shik, Oh Beom Suk, Park Hyun Beom, and etc etc. Cant think right now haha.

    Doesn't sugar coat. Thumbs up.

On JDW: "Despite his three-straight absences, his team has ridden a three-game winning streak. His role on the team is also diminutive.”

On PJY: "Despite the thrashing, Park did not take to the field. He is struggling to secure playing time and appears to have been left out of the Arsenal manager’s options."

Whatever gets the win (or draw). He can worry about integrating the "stars" later.

I really don't know much about K-League players, so I have to ask: is that a starting line-up that we can all be confident about?

based off of last seasons form yes. its a pretty good squad who play in a similar style. as much as people rag on players like Lee Dong-kook, Kim Jung-woo, and Lee Keun-ho they are pretty solid players who can handle a kuwaiti side much more than the youngster/euro player imo. plus with our better young players tied up with olympics it gives us a chance to finally in like 2 years use good k-league talent.

If they can dedicate the next few weeks mentally to this task, I'm sure they'll be fine.

Geez, how youth-obsessed was CKR? The current U-23 squad was practically his first-choice team except for the European players who, for the most part, are younger than 23 as well.

Our youths should have been enough given that a) many of them were our WC stars with AC experience to boot, b) logical replacements for retiring / injured players when looking forward to 2014, and c) we were playing against minnows

I do think though at some point that CKR got confused that the fact that lots of our stars were young, that it didn't mean when guys like LCY or KBK were injured, that we had to replace em with guys who were of similar age but far lower experience / maturity / quality.

Combine with CKR's stellar people and team management skills...

    Squad vs Uzbekistan and Kuwait

Hong Jeong Ho the only player from Olympic Squad. Park Chu Young and Ki Sung Yeung only Euro-based players.
5 Sangju players and 1 Police FC player.

    FFS! Kim Sang Shik!?

Anyone remember his idiotic blunder against Hashemian during 2007 Asian Cup qualifying? Made me bend my metal chopsticks in half in a blind fit of fury.

I'm seriously getting worried about this game.

He's a lot better under Choi Gang Hee but every game I've seen him play, he seems to be prone to those "idiotic blunders."

Rather than him, I hope to see some improvement from Shin Hyung Min. Always a player that seems to be on the cusp but never really over it.
