1 - I can't remember the last Office ep where I busted laughing out loud so many times. 2 - It's not the first time he's neglected her.
I freakin' loved this episode, possibly my favorite this season. Dwight was majestic, again (Girl Puncher) And man, was it me? or was Pam super hot looking distressed and raggedy - and the cuteness of her singing at the end. - mmm. --- And when did Erin get that rack?
http://www.eonline.com/news/379433/the-office-scoop-what-fans-can-expect-from-the-final-episodes good little article, talks about the return of a couple of characters...and someone getting fired....
I kind of wished they would of stretched the opening with Dwight throughout the show... with the ending, my take is Pam just had her husband flip out on her, it looked like the office was empty, she had no one to turn to...I'm sure filming with the "documentary" crew for the past several years they've become friends. I may have missed him saying it, but is Jim permanetly gone from Dunder Mifflin?...I thought the Pete, Erin and Nellie story was pretty funny...
Terrible episode. And the build up to the revelation of the documentary crew led to that? They are totally setting up the boom mike guy to be a rival to Jim. So the documentary crew sits on the side lines for all the other crazy crap that happens and then show up for this? Weak.
I thought it was solid. Revealing the documentary crew is sort of the beginning of the end (and no, I don't think anybody's being set up as a "rival" to Jim). It was one of those "emotional" moments that The Office has always done so well amid all the chaos and silliness. The show really has been excellent this year. I'm constantly surprised at the reactions I see on this forum.
this is my thought on it as well. regardless of that, i thought jenna fischer did a good job there. i wanted to reach in there and give her a comforting hug myself.
Shit got real. The emotion after the phone call was one of the most real moments in the show's history. I liked it. Then they showed the camera crew. I didn't like how the guy approached her, but I didn't have a problem with it overall. Of course the reveal was to set up the end and that's exactly why I couldn't have a problem with it.
Either Athlead is going to go under or the other two guys were calling Jim into the office to let him go. Pretty depressing end to the show.
