Juve's offer to Man City was weeks ago and it was just an inquiry. The deal is now about a $1mil apart. Milan offering 20 and Man City have gone down to 22. Its either Euros or Pounds. I dont know conversion rates but its basically around 1mil difference. Heres what I know:
1) Balotelli had a going away party Sunday night, where apparently he gave out gifts and said good byes.

ALSO: Milan offered $2mil for 50% of Bartosz Salamon from Bresica. Zenit offered 4mil for 100%. I don't know anything about this guy but heard he could be a quality signing.
