You took quite a while to respond there, I doubt you'll get an answer since bibo hasnt been on since the 12th of January and his last post goes back to November of last year

so unless some other person who really keeps up with this gets involved, I doubt you'll get a response, most of the interesti here find arguing about this a waste of time(except maybe bruticus(?))

You can always go to the forzainter forums to get answers/good arguments, bibonzo is definitely there, he studied law so his into this kinda thing...

Well I joined after a long time just to post this glorious news! A moral victory for my fellow interistas following all the misinformation and crap that was published on certain sites!

    Never doubted it!

Moggi got jail time, 5 years to be exact! :D

for a second there I thought it was a cruel imposter :D

apparently there are appeals that he will most likely use, that and he's 75...so I honestly don't see the point in sending him to jail
btw is this verdict definite? basically, is it over

Not a imposter man! Had to make a comeback for my satisfaction even tho its quite dead here this days. Im mostlly on FIF but only on match days have some stuff to do so I'm not as active. Would visit here more often if there was more people active.

He can still appeal but the chances for completely overturning the verdict are next to none. It happens very rarely and almost never in high profile cases like this and the judge almost certainly has her ass covered with facts because something like this destroys careers and its a huge embarrassment.

In best case scenario he will get his sentence reduced ala Giraudo. It will probablly drag over the next few years but its as definite as it can be.

Will he actually spend time in jail? Dunno and dont care tbh. What matters is that the last twitch of hope from deluded Jubentini is gone and the story is finished. As a cherry on top UEFA also gave the middle finger to Agnelli for there request of throwing Inter out the CL. Like they had any case at all. lol

In a shity season like this I'd say its as good as it gets.:D

This is the inter forum - why would you expect a lot of juve fans here? Go to the Juve board, there's a whole thread dedicated to it.

Exactly anyone who was served a sentence will not get any jail time including moggi. Also. you know that Juventus has been absolved with civil responsibilities in the trial. Also, the man that had the most heat on him is dead so that just changes the trial entirely. I guess its Fortunate for the ones who got scot free. I dont' want to get into more because all that is left is a spitting match but if it wasn't for the "statue of limitations" this trial could be finding much more than they once did. Italian justice isn't really concerned about that they really just want to convict who the have around now and close the book. Its alright the book is closed and Juve will come out of this.
