OK, I'm finding more things that I like with the new forum. The alerts that tell you when you've been quoted is a cool feature. Following a thread or forum is a cool feature too. I know you were snokeling (not where of course), but your snorkel looks a bit like the tail of the plane in expo38's avatar photo... (The positioning is similar enough that I thought the joke would work)
Heh I don't have the editing skill to show off and invert the picture! As far as I know what you see is an actual picture in the cockpit and it's that view being inverted that makes it a fav of mine.
I thought it was a dolphin with a party hat flying on neptune. I guess the plane one makes more sense.
This is the response I got to the icon sizes in the gripes thread: So, on one hand they're saying to make sure your image is at least 200x200 pixels, but then they're saying it has to be an incredibly small file size. I still want to revise my avatar but now I'm scared it will look even worse now that it's limited to 5kb. I guess I snuck in and got my 38kb image in without them knowing... ::sigh::
Jpeg. It says your image is 12kb - but I don't understand how your file size is so small yet there's so much detail in your image?

What little flying exerience I have, I do know the phrase "inverted" means the pilot has the plane past 180 degrees of roll... The plane is flying upside down.

yes. last night they had a circle over circle pattern that looked childish, these diagonal lines are much better and not distracting.
I just noticed a privacy issue. I have the privacy option below unchecked. But on the right sidebar, it lists who is online now, and I'm in the list. I know it's not showing what page I'm on, but I think I should be able to control the announcement of when i'm online. Not that anyone cares whether I am. I just don't think everyone needs to know when Elvis is in the building, so to speak. Show your online status This will allow other people to see what page you are currently viewing.
is it me or the "volume" of posters has decreced since the upgrade ? I think the "upgrade is done... and yet I still feel lost !
