Those are my favorites too. I also like Le Disko and Waiting.

Waiting is ok but kinda weird to me. Le Disko is a chick song. I liked it the first few times but then I realized it can't be good.

The content is feminine, but the actual music is awesome.

I like a lot of Garbage's songs, some of which are also from a female perspective.

    Damn it!

I just saw the Le Disko video on MTV. That angers me now because that means more idiots will start listening to them.

I don't think Shiny Toy Guns are the type of band who will sell out.

    And that video is weird.

But I know what you mean, it's kinda disheartening when an indie band makes its MTV debut :(

I just saw that video this morning. They kinda of remind me of an electroclash version of Garbage. The song was alright.

They're very much like Garbage, except with one female and one male vocalist (the latter doesn't sing in Le Disko however). And they're a bit more...experimental.

On a different note, has anyone listened to Nas' new album HIP HOP IS DEAD?

I plan on getting the album this weekend. I love the In Da Gada Da Vida guitar hook on the title track. Nas is the real King of NY.

It's very good. Some of the songs are mediocre, but it's definitely a top-tier album.

I've been listening to the album "G" by Malibu Stacy...you may recognize the band's song "Los Angeles" in FIFA 07.

Their song "12:59 Lullaby" is my favorite right now.

My fiance made me start listening to them and I think it's the first good band she discovered before I did, probably because the band is Canadian like her.

That's what all my friends say...

It took someone from a nation known for being "nice" to put up with me for more than a month.

I went to Canada for the first time last September. Canadians are freakin' hot (at least those from Ontario).

Listen to the Flogging Molly CD "within a mile of home." Just found it in my room as I thought I had lost it. Quality.

    Some songs:

To Youth (My Sweet Roisin Dubh)
    The Seven Deadly Sins
    Screaming at the Wailing Wall

FM's "Drunken Lullabies" is a classic (although it's on a previous album).

That's a great song. I like their more meaningful "What's left of the flag" and they have a good instrumental that's called "Irish Jig."

Edit: "Kiss my Irish ass" and "Rebels of the Sacred Heart are good too."
