KTVU - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

KTVU, channel 2, is the Fox-affiliated television station serving the San Francisco

It's not wrong, but you're missing the point. They're a Fox affiliate, but they're owned by Cox Media Group, who own TV stations across the country affiliated with all the TV networks, and who have about 1000 times more influence over KTVU's news operations than Fox ever will. Fox's only role at KTVU is as a provider of prime-time and sports programming,

Now, these are the affiliates over which Fox actually has control because they own those affiliates. Even then, they're owned by a different arm of NewsCorp from Fox News.

The liberal intelligenstia may hate Fox news, but at least they won't be sued by Zimmerman. The best part is he will probably win.

I cannot believe that actually went on air. I'm sure a lawsuit is coming but that is a heavy dose of stupid.

    Can someone translate this?

This is what I love about interacting with the tribe known as "wingnut." They have such interesting folkways and beliefs.

I'm pretty sure he's saying the liberal intelligentsia won't be sued by Zimmerman. And yet, since Zimmerman is on a roll, he'll still win.

The irony of this is fabulous.
Fox News doesn't like Jenny McCarthy being named new co-host of 'The View.' Apparently her nutty view of vaccines is completely wrong because science says so.

    http://www.foxnews.com/entertainmen...iring-on-view-prompts-backlash-boycott-calls/

Wait a minute? Global Warming, Evolution, Women Reproduction issues, science be damned? But Jenny McCarthy and vaccines? Listen to the scientists.

What's the point of Jenny McCarthy? She no longer has her salient attribute of a fabulous body. Now she's a reasonably attractive woman who lacks bombshell appeal who lacks acting talent, education, and intelligence. Why would anybody care about her?

Just HOW does Fox News do it? What's there secret? Slate on what may be one of the most embarrassing interviews in quite awhile

It’s got plenty of competition but this may just be the single most cringe-worthy, embarrassing interview broadcast on Fox News. At least in recent memory. Fox News anchor Lauren Green had religious scholar Reza Aslan on her show Friday to talk about Zealot: The Life and Times of Jesus of Nazareth, his book that has been stirring up some online controversy recently. And right off the bat, Green gets to what is important: “You’re a Muslim, so why did you write a book about the founder of Christianity?” Aslan seemed a little flabbergasted: “Well, to be clear, I am a scholar of religions with four degrees, including one in the New Testament, and fluency in biblical Greek, who has been studying the origins of Christianity for two decades, who also just happens to be a Muslim.”

But Green just wouldn’t let it go: “It still begs the question though, why would you be interested in the founder of Christianity?” Aslan then starts talking to Green slowly, as if she were a child: “Because it’s my job as an academic. I am a professor of religion, including the New Testament. That’s what I do for a living, actually.” But Green insisted, accusing him of failing to “disclose” that he’s a Muslim and at one point asking him about a stupefying claim on whether a Muslim writing a book on Jesus isn’t sort of like a Democrat writing a book on former president Ronald Reagan.

The video is painful to watch.

Their audience are anti-intellectual dumbasses who are proud of their ignorance and wear their stupidity like a badge of honor.

Yes. But you, sir are an intellectual. And as an intellectual who is actually ashamed of stupidity, it begs the question that you are not in a position to assess the ignorance of anti-intellectual dumbasses with any objectivity.

Damn, I did not "disclose" that I am an intellectual.

To rectify that, I offer the following as my credentials:
