Pepe is a Portuguese NT player, there goes your theory. :)

I am joining Jose in the dugout, because he is the special one and I am simply a pawn, also... he is my idol. That is all.

Still think they will take it at home...will be a travesty if they don't and Mourinho will surely be gone.

Not too sure of this one. Bayern looked the better team by a mile and Jose was foolish to take out Ozil for Marcelo with Kaka on the bench

No worries. RM takes Barfa this weekend and takes Bayern next week.

I've read a lot of criticism about Mourinho's tactics...but if Gomez doesn't get that injury time goal then RM is in the driver's seat.

What a glorious week when Barfa loses both the league and Champion's league in the same week. Messi and the other steroid imps (Iniesta and Xavi) can go cry in their little pillows.

Pep you guys mean? because Pepe has been a beast.

tbh both games are up for grabs, Bayern is the best team in the world imo next to Real Madrid and Barcelona so it can go either way, you would be crazy to bet all your money on Real Madrid keeping a clean sheet so I don't think the away goal will be significant but it might..

Chelsea have stepped up in the last month or so but they rode their luck hard today, I expect Barcelona to smash them at the Camp Nou but even with all their dominance today they couldn't score so who knows what can happen.... I don't think Chelsea will be as lucky though.

This weekend will be interesting, Real Madrid has always played evenly if not better than Barcelona but come up short in their finishing, I think if they go to win they will get a positive result, if they are too conservative I think Barcelona will win but we will see what Mourinho decides with a game like Bayern Munich ahead.

That was the first game that I've seen in a while that Barcelona had trouble finishing. Hopefully their luck is finally over.

No way. Chelsea got lucky and out played. Was really impressed by Messi, the kid is amazing. Still believe they'll score three next leg.

Best short term manager by a country mile, and that's not even debatable. I think he still looks up to SAF in terms of what longevity with one club can accomplish. Which is why he goes to united for ten years before coaching Portugal.

He left Porto with a magnificent squad that PdC rightly sold for big money.
He left Chelsea with a strong core that lasted until now. That there wasn't much added to it is not really his fault.
He will probably leave Madrid with a fabulously talented young team.

The only place he didn't leave much of a legacy was Inter, I guess.

If you think you agree 100% then you didn't understand my post.

No I do. I think your post makes my argument better. He doesn't want things to get stale so he moves on. Can't compare him to SAF, whom I think is the best, he made United what it is today. But for what he does do, he's the best, ever.
