Pretty Much. The results mean nothing...The only thing that matters is that the new incoming players grow together as 1 and grow some chemistry. The results mean nothing.

Uhhh It wasnt a fluke. He did it twice In the UEFA CL and the UEFA cup....He also won the International Cup with Porto which was then disbanded and combined with the world cup of clubs. He also was one crap decison away from making the final of the CL with Chelsea.

Do you mean the Toyata cup ? If so, he wasn't with FC Porto anylonger.

Did you actually think the Italian Press was going to defend Mourinho over Ranieri:rolleyes:

I am sure it's eating those guys alive to have Mourinho coaching a club like Inter. If he wins the CL with Inter, watch out as they will want to erect a statue of him in Milan.

Dissapointing 1-1 result in his debut. Figo was bad too.

Havent heard a lot about Mourinho this year, when he was at Chelsea it was constant news everyday about him saying something. Might be just the difference of media from england to Italy.

Mourinho has been in the news, but things havent been blown up like in England. The English media is on a level of its own.....

In the book about Scolari they state that the main reason he didnt take the England job was because of the constant harrassment by the English media....

So does the book mention why he did not take the Portugal NT job ? It sounds like if it were not for the British media, he would have taken the NT job for England. Mourinho is a funny sort of guy. He sends a lot of mixed messages out there sometimes. I wonder if he does it on purpose. You know to play with peoples minds.:D

I think your confused bud...the book I referenced is about Scolari, not Mourinho. Although supposedly Mourinho was approached to take over after the Scolari punched the Serb but I havent reached that part yet :(

Yeah, huge match up. There are some very fun draws. The Porto - Atletico looks very interesting too, as does the Chelsea - Juve matchup.

Mourinho states that Ronaldo is not the best in the world in his opinion.
His top three are Ibrahimovic, Messi & Kaka.

Mind games have commenced. Fergie responded by saying Ronaldo is on his way to Legend status and compared him to Maradonna and Pele.
