2 Months per the Echo http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spor...ews/liverpool-fc-midfielder-lucas-out-6535364
Guy can't catch a break. I fear for the rest of his career. He's already a shell of his former self and now he's got another rather serious injury to deal with. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy, either.
It's very much a stabilising ligament is it not? If so that's probably one of the worse you can get after an ACL Talking of ACL's, Yesil has done his again unfortunately
yep - I think this is the end for him at the top level...I could be wrong - but it seems to be the way with knee injuries
Not sure if it's the same knee, but he did it first time round with one of the german youth international teams. Horrible injury for him, especially since he is very reliant on his pace.
Looks like Sevilla is talking to Rakitic about an extension. He was linked to us, and would have been a big help in our midfield as well
He would have been great for us, of that I have no doubt. But he married a chica from Sevilla and has a kid - tough to leave that behind.
HAHAHA missed that... well there is some egg on my face...that's what I get for getting on the forums with a Head Cold+Allergies
@LucasLeiva87 1h I would like to let you know that my injury isn't serious and I will be back in a few weeks. Thanks #relieved #thedreamstillalive
Well if he does come back in a month AND we get M'vila we could then do some creative things with the squad. I'd bet that formation BR tried in the first half against Villa would work with 2 DMs and a more competent LB (Enrique)
Few stories popping up on a fee of 10 million pound being agreed for Salah and him flying in for a medical
been playing with injuries all this year, which explains his poor performances. I guess we were right, eh? http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/further-liverpool-fc-injury-blow-6556545
