As a quid pro quo for letting Newt have a clear run at the Republican presidential candidacy, will Herman get a clear run at Newt's wife? What's worse, "tax and spend" liberals or "spend and then beg" conservatives?
Oh, and any question should be nostalgically prefaced with the phrase "I don't have the facts to back this up..."
Sign ideas: "Ubecki-becki-becki-stanis for Cain" "Please, take my wife" "I don't have the facts to back this up, but you're awesome." "Keep China Nuclear-Free" "What America Needs is a Lobbyist in the White House" "Your pizza sucks"
Newt is not a lobbyist. That's what he says, and a Presidential candidate wouldn't like to the American public about such a thing. Especially not a candidate from the party of morality, which stands for God, country, family, and honor. I've seen enough Clint Eastwood, Chuck Norris, and Walking tall movies to know that a Republican man is a man who stands upright, says few words, is honest to a fault, and is faithful to his woman. That is Newt Gingrich. A man who represents the very best of the Republican Party.
"Ubecki-becki-becki-stanis for Herman Cain" “I don't have the facts to back this up, but you're awesome”
Somewheres is sunset Since it began, it hasn't changed yet People fly high, begin to loose sight But you can't see very clearly, when you're in flight Well it's high time That you find The same people that you must use on your way up You might meet up on your way down Vintage wines from the year 62 Is your thing, is your thing What pleases you Not to be found for you cross town The thing is for other girls just to have you around (Yeah) You feel the sunrise – set for you but the same sunrise is step and shine, for the old folks due I don't mind - your turn around I maself would even like for a little higher ground ---Lowell George

just friggin' genius....as That Phat Hat had already shown.. Herman Cain Drops Out - The Colbert Report - 2011-05-12 - Video Clip | Comedy Central
because he gets to keep them for himself when he officially drops out. That's why most all the GOPers have run (or said they might *CoughPalinCough*) in 2008 and 2012, imho. Great way to pad your pockets. If you have a particularly clever accountant, you can even pretend you ran in the red. Which likely gets you a tax write-off as well as the cash.
Not so sure about this, it may happen but I doubt it. (Well I guess he can still go to found raising events and try to sell books afterwards and not have to pay out of his own pocket. But in reality, I assume he has campaign obligations that he must pay, so he needs to raise some more money (or get paid by who ever he endorses) to be able to pay off those obligations (salaries, print fees, website fees, etc.)
My understanding is that most presidential campaigns end up with debt, and that's the primary reason candidates drop out (and oftentimes, endorsement by an exiting candidate is tied to a surviving candidate helping raise funds to pay off the debt). In fact, you probably have to raise funds harder after you drop out, since you lose those organic fundraising opportunities you get from media coverage as an active coverage.
I thought at first there was a second hidden meaning behind this post... Now i'm just like you especially after watching this http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/mon-december-5-2011/indecision-2012---the-sh-t-s-gettin--real Maddow had it right all along..Cain IS an art project! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/11/17/rachel-maddow-herman-cain_n_1099171.html
This is pretty awesome. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OdiSwV6calw"]It's Christmas in America! - YouTube[/ame] 1. Notice that everyone except the Cains are white. 2. Pay special attention at :35. It's as subtle as a sledgehammer.
Black Walnut and the Carpenters seem to have the same vision of Christmas. Will Michael Bolton be there too?
