The Brickyard Battalion paid tribute to the 96 at tonight's Indy Eleven game. Love these guys already.

Edited to add: Found a Vine of the chant.

Wow, football specifically the Prem, has become fashionable in the US....:D

This is particularly evident in New York creative circles, where the game’s aesthetics, Europhilic allure and fashionable otherness have made soccer — the go-to sport of the thinking class.

They totally missed a good line in that Liverpool are owned by the same outfit as the red socks.

It's just that the pretentious style editor of the Times heard from her pretentious friends in Park Slope that sawker was cool.

They also think that cupcakes are ironically cool.

So for those of you who have been to Anfield/Liverpool: If I were to find myself in the city for the Newcastle game, where would be the best place to watch (other than Anfield, obviously) us (hypothetically) win the league?

So - I ended up finishing this off about 3 weeks ago - ended up with 18 lbs dropped in the 90 days - sitting at about 156lbs currently.

Took a week off and enjoyed/relaxed and am now working on adding back in some weight now - but in a "good" way - i.e. adding back some muscle that was invariably lost during the previous workout program.

Good for you. Makes you feel better in mind as well as in body doesn't it.

I've been pretty lucky over the years, guess I've always been pretty active. My problem now is my knees. nothing to do with my diet, I can't get the exercise I need. I'm still at 200lb (14 stone 4lb) which is about 5-10lb under where I like to be but (I'm 6-2) I've got to start some way to keep up (Get back) my stamina.

Seems like every thread is on how Suarez is off to Madrid/ Barca. And all kinds of responses including the ones on Who will we buy with the money... SHIT...!

So today I watched the summary of the Giro d'Italia so far. It's been fun with the usual spills and thrills. It hurts coming off a bike. I still have scars.

Couple of Bloody Ausies are making headlines. Michael Mathews and the old stager Cadel Evans.

[IMG] Mathews won his first stage with Evans in 3rd going up Monte Casino. They'll probably hear from their respective grandfathers on what it was like going up Monte Casino in 1944...
