Ive tried to use my facebook as a way to keep short vignettes/spoken style poetry, maybe if I can get together a few of my favorite ones would any of our poet-rically accomplished members mind weighing in?

My iPhone 5 should be arriving in 2-3 hours.

I got the cheapest phone (Used) that does phone calls (what a concept) and texts now and then. (I keep running off the road.)
That's all one needs a phone for.

I finally had to replace the one my son-in-law had in his pocket when he went overboard while we were crabbing.....He'll never live that one down.

That's what I use to say as well until I got infected by the iPhone madness.

I'm sure for whatever reason you pushed him overboard he totally deserved it.

It was quite funny watching him go. I mean we'd been swimming just earlier but the way he tried to stay aboard you'd swear he was about to die if he went in.
I told the grandkids he didn't know we had traps for the crabs and he went diving after them.
Then he pulled my new phone out of his pocket because it was buzzing in it's death throes.
