You either bring the right man for the job or you keep with LE & let him continue to grow with our young team.

    This sentence

Yes, LE did so many wrongs this year. But he also is young manager and can grow with our young team with the mistakes of this season. If not, then you bring the right man.Not AVB.

So Luis Enrique could essentially grow into the job, but AVB couldn't?

This is pathetic, barring a miracle on the last day of the season, an Inter with 3 coaches this season takes our EL spot...

This board is so divided its ridiculous.

At this point I dont care what happens, I just want it to get to the summer and see our transfers.

Coz LE already has one year with us, dont wanna start from zero.

Sabatini apparently said LE will remain for next year.SO Our hope is he learns, and grows with our young team.

I myself am willing to change on him from next year on, and take losses in a better way.I will be patient, and I think all of us together need to develop patience to make LE work.

No need to beat dead horse bout it, coz the guy is staying.

I'm just tired of the speculation. Obviously, I've been pro-Enrique being here next year, but almost just as much, I'm pro-management coming out and giving a definitive statement. I just hope it actually is definitive.

I'm more excited to see how the summer transfer market and pre-season goes. I really hope the Van der Wiel rumors are true, both because he's a good, young player who should fit in our system, but also because (along with announcing Enrique is staying) helps create some early momentum for next season.

LE was brought in to introduce a Barca style play to Roma thats what he said we he took over and just a few months back he said we will never be able play like Barca,we will play like Roma.Well in that case why does he still stick with same damn formation so bloody stubborn with his tactics.

Give me AVB at least he's not afraid to mix it up a bit.

If he is going to stay not only does he need a defense but a capable assistant because if LE is refusing to address the defensive lapses some else has too - even with a new back line they will still need to have some tactical training than just playing a high line.

That is exactly what I was thinking. He needs a true assistant that can help him in the defensive phase of the game. Hopefully one that has experience as head coach to also share some insight with LE.

Because he simply doesn't KNOW how! He's extremely limited in his tactical approach, which is why I'm not in the same camp as those that think that all we need are a few more purchases for LE to be succesful. It's about more than just the talent on our squad.
