I very much hope you're right. The same-country rule was implemented several years ago. In 2007, a Brazilian poster who is no longer here created a thread in which he claimed CONMEBOL thought of this rule to limit "Brazilian domination." I didn't agree with him. I personally dislike this rule; teams should face whoever is on the way. One day, we'll have 3 semifinalists from the same country, and CONMEBOL will then probably extend the rule to the quarterfinals - and then if we have 5 or 6 quarterfinalists from the same country... you get the idea. Your fellow countryman ASF and I exchanged some ideas, and one thing he and I agreed on was that a team which wants to win must be willing to face any and all opponents, whether domestic or foreign. It was, in fact, around this time that my now famous (or notorious, depending whom you ask) term to refer to River Plate was born. I was even repped for using it.
Of course when they get butthurt they throw stuff at the Godoy Cruz players. And they call us savages .. pshhh
So… 1 idiot throwing a piece of wood = 10,000 people ransacking and looting the 2nd most important city in latin america… Is that how they teach math in bolivia???!!!!
Hahaha you are calling me Bolivian. Thats funny. You are so insecure my friend that I am pretty sure this is you. Muh white pride. Argentina is white. I know it is but your insecuirty is making you look yellow. As in scared
¡Son de la B! From canchallena.com: Al fin, un atacante. LOL, this shit never gets old. Decime que se siente, riBer.
http://canchallena.lanacion.com.ar/...res-arbitrales-que-le-dieron-8-puntos-a-river And they claim we fix games pshhh
this is absolute unprofessional poison. They fail to mention calls they get wrong that could change games different ways, calls against River. A more clear penalty just minutes after the first last night, where is that? Its good buisness for the league for Boca and River to succeed, cant we just have that understood sin hablar pavadas. dios, at least one of the two is good enough to capitalize on the favorable refereeing they get.
Guys don't even get worked up about this article... The author knew he'd generate lots of clicks from ignorant Boca fans, and well it appears he was right.
LOL! This is my new sig "Soy mejor que vos; acá no estamos en River y cuando te hablo me respondés". - Dani Osvaldo a Erik Lamela
