Re: The anti-River thread Arsenal have had decent campaigns in the past, including a 4-1 win over Boca a few years ago. Either way, I agree that there is no excuse to our elimination to their hands. Despite losing by penalties, if you would have told me five years ago that Arsenal would eliminate River, I wouldn't have believed you. As for your club, if I recall correctly, Sao Paulo were raped by Millonarios (3-0 global score). A brief reminder: Di Stefano, Pedernera, Nestor Rossi, etc. aren't playing for them anymore. To lose 3-0 to a team that is 13th in the Colombian league isn't something to be too proud off either, buddy.

As for the loss in Colombia, my team was focused solely on the Brazilian premiership, which we won easily. A brief reminder: if you're going to talk trash, let me remind you of the last time your team and mine met each other in a South American continental elimination round. Your team lost in Brazil and in Argentina.

Rio da Prata was winning 2-0 but the Uruguayans equalized on the last minute of regulation and they went on to win the game and the Libertadores in overtime?
Re: The anti-River thread Yes, each team won at home and back then they had a third match in Chile. River was winning 2-0 and they ended up losing 4-2 in extra time. That is how they first got the nickname gayinas.

It is not a lot, US$1 million ... it is a matter of time before Villarreal and Boca agree who pays for that. This deal won't fall for US$1 million. So yes, Roman should be a Boca player in the next few hours/days. .
